Custom cut picnic bench. 

Made to order

Designed and built by us to comfortably seat six adults, (will seat 8) this picnic bench would make a fantastic addition to any outdoor space, garden, pub, or office.

It is built solid with absolutely zero movement, even with 6 large guys sitting on it there was no wobble, it can even be bolted down to prevent theft, if you want to bolt it down let us know and we will provide the fixings.

The bench ends can be Customised with a design bespoke to you at no extra charge, we can either work on this with you or we can send you a template to design/outline yourself.

Once you are happy with the design we will cut it from 8mm steel and galvanise it to ensure it lasts a lifetime, Galvanization or galvanizing is the process of applying a protective zinc coating to steel or iron, to prevent rusting, this gives the steel a lifespan upwards of 50 years. 

For the wood we use larch, Larch is the heaviest and hardest native coniferous wood, as well as being strong and sturdy it shrinks considerably less than most other timbers and has natural weather resistance. 

Despite its solid construction, it remains light for its size, it can be moved with ease by 2 people and because of the footplate, it can be placed on any surface without sinking into the ground.

Vat invoice will be provided.

Optional extras:

Paint or powder coat the metal bench ends in a colour of your choice

T.Wash the galvanisation so that the ends can be painted by you.

Stain/varnish the wood
